As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll focus on what truly matters — delivering high-quality clinical care while being part of an organization that prioritizes your growth and impact.Our service model varies by location, but you’ll always be supported by a team structure that promotes collaboration, development, and strong clinical outcomes.Your Responsibilities:Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plansProvide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program SupervisorsDeliver parent training and ensure high clinical qualityMaintain 30 billable hours per weekCollaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistencyContribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum developmentWhat You Bring:Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldCurrent BCBA certificationExperience working with individuals with autism and developmental needsComfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)TB test, immunization records, and background check clearanceSpanish-speaking is a plusWhy Accel Therapies?
