In partnership with theClinic Administrator , you will: Lead and coordinate clinical operations, ensuring alignment with NHMG (Novant Health Medical Group) goals. Organize and oversee the clinical environment to deliver outstanding patient care. Supervise a team of up to9 FTEs , providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development. Serve as a clinical leader — you’ll assess, plan, delegate, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with physicians, patients, and their support systems. Use evidence-based practice and compassion to guide care delivery and support team members. Hold yourself accountable for quality, safety, and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement. What You’ll Bring Education:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred. Experience:At least2 years of RN experience ; supervisory or leadership experience is a strong plus. Licensure:Current RN license in the appropriate state is required. Skills:Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), leadership, and problem-solving skills.
