Required Procedures: - OB: Low Risk Pregnancy (History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc), High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. w/ Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc), FHR Interpretation NST/CST/FSE, OB ultrasounds: Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability) & Amniocentesis. - L&D: Routine Delivery: Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section, Complicated Delivery C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc, VBACs, Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations. - Gyne: Surgical: Open Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation, LOAs, Chromal Tubation, Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic): Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOAs. Lab & Ultrasound Onsite: Yes Trauma Level: III EMR: Cerner Other Info: - When Locum is on call, they will most likely have a resident on call with them. - Will not allow to work 2 consecutive 24-hr shifts in a row on Mon-Fri; Will allow for a Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun, or Sun/Mon, but not during the week. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance coveredRequirements: Active IA License or IMLC BC Fetal Monitoring by AWOHNN Must be willing to work Mon-Fri at a minimum.
