The role involves collaborating with hospitalists, nurse practitioners, and advanced practitioners with access to extensive specialty services and facilities including a hospital with Level I Nursery and Level IV Trauma center. The position offers market-leading pay, substantial benefits, mentorship for C-sections, remote fetal monitoring backup, and a supportive environment focused on comprehensive patient care.PRACTICE SPECIFICSOur ideal candidate is a motivated, team-player that is interested in helping us build a combined FP & OB/GYN team to cover needs at our Virginia, MN, regional, medical complex Team-based, outpatient clinical practiceHospitalists cover inpatient - open to following own patients (if desired) NP/PA partnership in practiceApproximately 250 births (annually) Recent Baby Friendly designation for Hospital Remote fetal monitoring & OB s will provide back up for C sections Market leading pay & relocation offered.
