Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects. Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment.
