Experienced Wine Sales Representatives (Outside / Territory-Based) Atrium Wine Brokers, Inc. Atrium Wine Brokers is expanding and seeking experienced outside wine sales professionals with established market relationships who can step into a territory and generate sales quickly. This role is not entry-level and not a career-change opportunity. We are looking for professionals who already know the market, the accounts, and how to sell wine in a competitive, distributor-driven environment.About Atrium Wine Brokers Atrium represents a curated portfolio of family-owned, quality-driven wineries from California and key international regions. Our focus is on long-term brand building, disciplined pricing, and strong on-premise and independent retail placements. We work with experienced sales professionals who value autonomy, accountability, and relationships.The Role As a Brand Ambassador, you will manage an assigned territory and be responsible for:ALL Actively selling and growing placements within on-premise and retail accounts Managing and expanding existing account relationships Opening new, quality accounts aligned with our portfolio Representing the portfolio professionally through tastings, staff trainings, and market visits Working independently while coordinating with our operations and supplier partners Must reside within the territory, hold a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, and have your own insured vehicle. This is a field-based, outside sales role for professionals who are already comfortable carrying a bag, managing a route, and closing business.Who We're Looking For (Required) Please apply only if you meet the following criteria: Proven outside wine sales experience managing a territory Existing relationships with buyers in your market Currently carrying another wine portfolio or recent experience as an independent or distributor-side sales representative Personable and not afraid to cold call or walk into a new account Strong understanding of wholesale pricing, margins, and account economics Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently Wine education (CSW, WSET II or higher strongly preferred) Able to lift 40-pound cases of wine This role is well-suited for experienced reps looking to add a complementary portfolio or transition from a distributor role into a more focused, boutique brokerage environment.Territories Available We are currently hiring in the following California markets: Temecula Orange County South Bay (Los Angeles) Santa Monica Santa Barbara San Francisco Sonoma San Jose / Palo AltoWhy Atrium Curated, quality-driven portfolio (no “everything for everyone”) Flexibility to carry additional portfolios Supportive operations and portfolio management Long-term brand focus with realistic expectations Professional, experienced sales culture Commissions based Bonus eligibleHow to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief note outlining your current or recent territory and key account relationships.
