Their primary duties include setting up and maintaining EKG equipment, performing cardiovascular tests, identifying heart rhythms, and effectively communicating with physicians and patients.Position Details:Cardiovascular Technician - PRN Mercy Hospital South Qualifications: Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Certifications:BLS (Basic Life Support) or obtain within 90 days of hire. Other:Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.Basic computer knowledge. Preferred Experience:One Year of Experience or previous on-the-job training or training through an Allied Health program. Preferred Certifications:CCT or CRAT through CCI or CET through American Allied Health. Preferred Other:Additional languages preferred.
