Holbrook Heating Inc. is looking for an experienced and diligent Lead HVAC Installer to join our team, dedicated to exceptional service and quality installation in both residential and commercial settings. In this role, you will lead installation projects, ensuring all systems meet the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Supervise and execute the installation of various HVAC systems. Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and local codes. Troubleshoot and solve issues related to HVAC installations. Conduct site evaluations to ensure compatibility of equipment and services. Train and mentor junior technicians and installers. Coordinate with suppliers and maintain inventory for necessary equipment. Maintain detailed documentation of all installation procedures. Ensure all safety protocols are rigorously followed. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their installation. Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Certification. Certification from a recognized HVAC institution. State HVAC Technician License (as required by local regulations).
