As Produce Manager, you’ll lead our produce department with care and precision, ensuring top-quality fruits and vegetables are beautifully displayed, fully stocked, and always fresh for our customers. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and create a fun, engaging shopping experience. Manage all aspects of the produce department: ordering, receiving, stocking, rotation, and merchandising. Maintain high standards for freshness, quality, and food safety. Monitor and manage inventory levels, shrink, and spoilage. Lead and train team members; build schedules and delegate daily tasks effectively. Execute attractive, seasonal merchandising displays to drive sales. Analyze sales trends and adjust product mix to meet customer demand. Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and product labeling. Foster a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with leadership to meet department goal Minimum 2–3 years in produce management or supervisory grocery role Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus. Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided). Legal authorization to work in the United States.
