As a Market Manager at Pure PM, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the property management services by implementing innovative strategies and maintaining exceptional standards in residential rental management. Your leadership will be key in scaling operations, optimizing tenant satisfaction, and driving the financial performance of properties in your market. Oversee daily operations of residential properties in the designated market, ensuring efficient management and high tenant satisfaction. Implement strategies to maximize rental income and property values while minimizing operational costs and tenant turnover. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and local real estate community stakeholders. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities for growth and improvement in property performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovations in property management processes and technologies. Prepare detailed reports on property performance, budgeting, and forecasting for senior management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertinent to property management and tenant relations. Hire, train, and supervise local property management staff and personnel. Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cost control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred Real Estate Broker's license is an asset
