HVAC Account Representative

Johnson Controls invites applications for the role of HVAC Account Representative, a key figure in driving our mission of delivering advanced building solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with our HVAC clients. Your focus will be on promoting our cutting-edge technologies that enhance building efficiency and sustainability. This position offers a dynamic working environment where initiative and leadership skills are valued. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the HVAC wholesale industry. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Johnson Controls products and services to meet and exceed those requirements. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to a diverse range of clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Attend industry conferences, meetings, and training workshops to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and enhance professional network. Collaborate with sales teams and other internal departments to strategize and optimize results. Produce detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage negotiations and close deals. Ability to understand and translate complex technical details to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) preferred. HVAC Excellence Certification is considered a plus.
