If you’re passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a company that values integrity and teamwork, this is the role for you. What You'll Do Install Residential and light commercial HVAC/R equipment, Furnace, AC, Mini Split, and Boilers Start up and commission installed systems Educate customers on equipment and accessories Understand and adhere to all local codes Lead/Train team members Stay up to do on new industry technology and products Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure proper operations Complete job-related paperwork accurately and timely Work collaboratively with team members to solve challenges Maintain a high standard of safety and job site cleanliness What We’re Looking For Proven HVAC industry experience (residential and/or light commercial) 5 years HVAC installation experience Universal EPA certification (preferred) Strong working knowledge of both furnaces and mini-split HVAC systems is essential Boiler install experience (preferred) Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to work in varying weather conditions and locations and lift 75 lbs.
