As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance patient recovery and improve quality of life. Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of treatment plans designed to improve patients' functionality and mobility. Monitor and document patients' progress and response to therapy. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations as per healthcare standards. Operate and maintain therapy equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss and strategize patient care. Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Good physical condition and endurance Adept in using therapeutic equipment and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license CPR and First Aid certification preferred
