Service Supervisor-Fire Sprinkler

As a Service Supervisor for Fire Sprinkler systems at Johnson Controls, you will play a crucial role in enhancing building safety and efficiency through expert supervision of fire protection services. This position involves managing the daily operations of the fire sprinkler service department, ensuring all installations, maintenance, and repairs are executed to the highest standards. You will oversee a team of technicians, fostering an environment of innovation and compliance with the latest safety protocols, aligned with our commitment to deliver cutting-edge building solutions that uphold sustainability, efficiency, and security. Oversee and schedule the daily activities of the fire sprinkler service team. Ensure all fire sprinkler systems are installed, maintained, and repaired in accordance with state and federal regulations, along with company standards. Train and mentor fire sprinkler technicians, promoting ongoing professional development and adherence to industry best practices. Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards. Manage customer interactions, providing stellar service and troubleshooting support as needed. Prepare and review reports on department performance and progress. Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve company goals and improve service offerings. Profound knowledge of fire sprinkler system design, installation, and maintenance. Strong leadership and personnel management abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents. Proficiency in relevant software for service scheduling and reporting. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k NICET Level II Certification in Fire Sprinkler Layout Valid state Contractor’s License for Fire Protection. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
