Job Description Job Description . Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated mental health therapist that specializes in providing therapy to children, adolescents, couples, and families to join our outpatient private practice team. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and helping clients help themselves, we want to hear from you Responsibilities : Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents and/or provide couples therapy and family therapy Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress Participate in case reviews and team meetings Adhere to all licensing standards Requirements : Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field Active licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting Strong clinical skills, including experience conducting assessments and providing therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Commitment to cultural competence and an inclusive workplace Locations : Norfolk, MA Franklin, MA In Person Position Only Schedule : Evenings and/or Weekends Required Part Time Flexible Schedule (10 client hours per week) We offer a competitive pay structure as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
