Why Work at Ellie Mental Health Mission-driven outpatient mental health practice Collaborative team of therapists with diverse clinical backgrounds Peer consultation and support available right down the hall Supportive, accessible clinical leadership Fully furnished, modern therapy offices PCIT training program available for eligible, licensed clinicians Administrative, billing, and credentialing support Ongoing trainings, consultation, and professional development Access to a professional training platform offering accredited CEUs to support licensure renewal and continued growth Primary Responsibilities As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will: Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations (approximately 25 sessions per week) Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation Qualifications Required: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active clinical license ( PLMHP, LMFT, LPCC, LIMHP, LMPH, LICSW, LP , etc.) Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR); Valant experience a plus About Ellie Mental Health Ellie Mental Health is an outpatient mental health organization committed to improving access to care while fostering supportive, collaborative clinical environments.
