Job Description Job Description General Manager Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking a highly motivated management candidate who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced, growing family entertainment center. The perfect candidate will be an outgoing, and energetic individual with a passion for guest service and a willingness to learn everything about our business. At Stars and Strikes, our General Managers are involved with all aspects of the centers including bowling, food & beverage, and arcade As the General Manager, you are responsible for the overall operation of the center including meeting or exceeding revenue and cost objectives, hiring, training and motivating team members while working with the team to ensure guest service levels exceed expectations. Staff Meetings​ Provide Formal Monthly One-On-One’s with ​Dept.
