MV Transportation, Inc., a leader in providing public transportation services across North America, is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee our IT operations and ensure the deployment of robust and efficient technological solutions. This role is pivotal to managing IT infrastructure and systems that support our varied transport services, enhancing operational efficiency and driving digital transformation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of MV Transportation. Develop and implement IT policies and systems to support the delivery of high-performance transportation services. Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and management of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks. Manage IT projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with other department heads to facilitate digital transformations and technologically driven innovations. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those pertaining to the transportation industry. Prepare and manage the IT department's budget to maximize return on investment. Provide direction and development support to IT staff, ensuring professional growth and effectiveness. Strong project management and leadership skills. Proficient in IT infrastructure, network administration, and data security. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) IT infrastructure related certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified, CompTIA Network) Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
