Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Commercial Project Engineer - Entry Level to join our team You will be responsible for supporting the Project Management team by completing tasks throughout the life of the project. The ideal candidate will have completed a degree in a Construction Management, or be in the process of completing their degree. Candidates without a formal degree but have demonstrated experience in the trades will also be considered. Responsibilities: Assist the Project Management team with various tasks including but not limited to: Pre-construction site inspections. Taking notes during job meetings. Reviewing submittals. Conducting site inspections and reporting back to the PM all findings related to productivity, quality, and safety. Compiling closeout documentation including warranty registrations. ​ Qualifications/Requirements: A degree in Construction Management or closely related field. In lieu of a degree, one to two years working experience in commercial construction (ideally roofing or siding). Candidates in the process of completing their degrees will also be considered. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have a valid driver's license, with no more than four points. Willing to consent to a pre-employment drug screening.
