What You’ll Do As our Estimator, you’ll play a key role in winning the work that fuels our growth. You will: Manage the entire bid process from start to finish Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis Build scope sheets, perform subcontractor leveling , and identify gaps or risks Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure complete, competitive proposals Assemble the full bid package for ownership review Present clear breakdowns, alternates, clarifications, and scope comparisons Maintain organized bid documents and project data Support preconstruction planning and turnover once projects are awarded If you love the process of turning information into a complete, competitive bid—you will thrive here. What Makes You a Strong Fit We’re looking for an estimator who is: Highly organized with sharp attention to detail Skilled in reading plans, specs, and addendums Comfortable managing multiple bids and deadlines Confident in communication with subcontractors and internal teams Experienced with sub-leveling and full bid assembly Motivated, proactive, and accountable Passionate about construction and doing things the right way Experience in commercial or healthcare construction is a plus.
