Job Description Job Description Direct Counsel is representing a prestigious Am Law firm seeking an IP Litigation Specialist in Houston (hybrid). This role supports attorneys within the Intellectual Property group and requires 3 years of IP litigation experience . The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of IP rules and procedures, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with IP Docketing Systems, InTapp, Chrome River, iManage, and Microsoft Office . Responsibilities include managing litigation files, e-filing, preparing reports, coordinating deadlines, drafting documents , and supporting attorneys during depositions and trials. Candidates should be highly detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Billing requirement: 450 hours annually. Location: Houston, TX (hybrid: 3 days onsite after 90 days of training). Compensation: $80,000–$110,000/year plus comprehensive benefits.
