Our team assembles, tests, and analyzes systems in both lab and field settings to deliver secure, mission-critical solutions that work seamlessly every time.This is a great opportunity to expand your technical skills, solve real-world challenges, and make an impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.What You Will DoProvide direct Engineering support to a large scale on-prem private cloud with datacenters around the worldContribute to delivering and maintaining operations/dev/test systems across multiple tenants within our enterprise.Work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers who lead the industry in ground-systems solutions.Assist external tenants by resolving issues and guiding them through future environment changes.Contribute to system maintenance, installation, and problem resolution.Research and resolve system-design issues.Translate requirements and design specifications into component design and implementation.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.Experience deploying, configuring, supporting, and/or optimizing servers whose primary functions include storage, networking, and/or computation/processing.Qualifications We PreferExperience on a technical team that delivers a productUnderstanding peer review, configuration, and change management processes.Familiarity with ServiceNow (Scrum Master training preferred).Experience working within an Agile/SCRUM/DevOps delivery model.Knowledge of virtual provisioning of compute, network, storage and various infrastructure services.What We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
