Johnson Controls, a leader in global smart building technologies, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Construction Fire Alarm Systems Sales Executive to expand our market share in the fire alarm systems sector. This role is ideal for a proactive and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, aiming to push the boundaries of building efficiency, sustainability, and security through cutting-edge solutions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the commercial construction markets Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by engaging with contractors, architects, and developers Leverage industry knowledge to propose customized fire alarm system solutions that meet clients' specific needs Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including negotiations and contract signings Maintain a deep understanding of Johnson Controls' products and services to deliver effective sales presentations Collaborate with technical teams to ensure specifications are met with precision Stay abreast of market trends and technological advancements in fire alarm systems Participate in trade shows and professional associations to enhance networking and business opportunities Strong understanding of commercial construction processes Expertise in fire alarm systems and building regulations Exceptional negotiation and communication skills Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans Capability to manage complex sales cycles Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Alarm Technician (CAT) Level I or II Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) is desired
