In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing general building, production equipment and internal systems within a manufacturing and clean room environment. DutiesPerform preventative and emergency maintenance on a wide range of building and production equipment.Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform independent evaluations to prevent future issues.Conduct general maintenance duties, including carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical tasks.Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including lockout/tag-out and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain a strict schedule while demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of the day.This position requires a broad level of skills from taking out the trash and replacing light bulbs to repairing a high value technical machine and knowing when to call in a specialized repair person. RequirementsA high school diploma or equivalent.At least 3+ year of maintenance experience in a relevant trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or water treatment).At least 2+ year of manufacturing experience in a relevant industryThe ability to work at heights up to 30 feet or higher using aerial or scissor lifts.The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unaided.Willingness to work overtime as required and train outside of shift times as needed. Supervisory experience is highly preferred for this position.
