Job Description Job Description Legal Assistant Reports To: Senior Attorney (Estate Planning & Business Law) Overview We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support a senior attorney with a practice focused on estate planning, closely held businesses, and tax-exempt organizations . This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional law firm environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative and legal support to the assigned attorney Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence Assist with estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney) Prepare and organize corporate and tax-exempt organization documentation Manage calendars, meetings, deadlines, and client files Support billing, time entry, and general administrative tasks Qualifications 3 years of legal assistant/secretary experience in a law firm Experience with estate planning or corporate/business law preferred Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and document-formatting skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Company Description Labor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
