Job Description Job Description Junior Estimator / Project Manager – MRT HVAC (Mount Lebanon, PA) Full-Time | Growing Residential & Light Commercial HVAC Company MRT HVAC is a fast-growing residential and light-commercial HVAC company located on West Liberty Avenue. We’re expanding rapidly going into 2026, and we’re looking for a Junior Estimator / Project Manager / Operations Assistant who can wear multiple hats and grow with us. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an up-and-coming company with great culture, strong values, and a tight-knit team . About the Role We’re looking for someone who can assist the owner with: HVAC estimating (training provided if needed) Project management and scheduling Office and administrative duties Working with software like Housecall Pro & Ply (training provided) Ordering materials & equipment Coordinating with technicians and installers Occasional driving to drop off materials or pick up parts (company vehicle provided) The position is shop office based , with a nice mix of field tasks to keep the day interesting. HVAC experience is a bonus , but not required—if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we will teach you the HVAC side of the business. What MRT HVAC Does Residential HVAC installations Light commercial projects Ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits Design-build duct layouts and project planning We are a fast-growing company focused on quality workmanship, professionalism, and “doing it right the first time.” What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable with technology/software Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Valid driver’s license (occasional parts runs) Willingness to learn HVAC if you’re not already experienced Ability to work in a shop/office environment with occasional field duties Drug testing Clean record Why Work at MRT HVAC?
