As a Class A CDL Truck Driver for SJXP.com, you will be at the forefront of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and secure transport of goods using state-of-the-art vehicles equipped with the latest navigation and safety technology. Safe and efficient operation of a tractor-trailer or other large vehicle to transport goods across various distances. Maintaining accurate logs and records as required by company and regulatory bodies. Performing vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure the truck meets all safety standards. Following route and time schedules as planned by dispatchers, adapting to any real-time adjustments as needed. Loading and unloading cargo, ensuring all shipments are properly secured. Complying with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and procedures. Providing exceptional customer service during deliveries, acting as a representative of SJXP.com. Proficiency in operating Class A vehicles and knowledge of electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.). Ability to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.). Strong time management and customer service skills. Excellent physical condition and hand-eye coordination. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Clean driving record. Completion of an accredited driving school or its equivalent.
