The ideal candidate will bring a robust knowledge of training methodologies, technology integration in education, and a passion for sustainability and smart systems. You will play a crucial role in designing and delivering educational programs that enhance skills and knowledge, aligning with our mission to make buildings smarter, more efficient, and sustainable. Develop and update curriculum and course materials tailored to smart building technologies. Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to internal teams and external clients, both in-person and online. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and emerging industry trends. Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in smart buildings and professional training. Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to ensure course material is accurate and up to date. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior instructors and staff. Lead the development and implementation of innovative e-learning strategies. In-depth knowledge of modern educational techniques, including digital and remote learning platforms. Strong understanding of smart building technologies, building automation, and systems integration. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead and inspire educational teams. Proficiency in LMS software and e-learning authoring tools.
