Job Description Job Description Bank Teller - Part-Time : Rock Falls , IL Our customer in Rock Falls, Illinois is a small financial institution. Their goal is to create a friendly, courteous and professional atmosphere while meeting their client’s needs. They are seeking an organized, motivated individual to join their team. Responsibilities of the Bank Teller : Perform a wide variety of complex clerical duties with attention to detail. Use your mathematical knowledge to complete a variety of tasks. Greet customers and answer their questions. Enter data into computer. Take phone calls and respond to customers' inquiries. Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person. Follow regulations, procedures, and policies, in order to ensure that transactions are completed smoothly. Help customers complete transactions using an ATM, phone, or online. Bank Teller Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum 6 months experience in customer service role Banking experience preferred. Must have cash handling experience. Must be able to maintain a professional appearance. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Bi-lingual is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. High School Diploma or equivalent. Pay for Bank Teller : Starting at $15-$16/hour based on experience. Bank Teller Benefits: Health insurance. Paid time off. 401k with company match. Paid weekly. Direct deposit. Paid training. Type: 1st Shift, Part-time, 25 hours/week.
