Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs regularly. Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Assist in achieving departmental performance targets and goals. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery. Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times. Utilize technology and tools to improve patient care efficiency. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Experience/Qualifications Active RN license in Ohio with Progressive Care Unit experience. Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively. Ability to educate patients and families on health management. Experience collaborating with healthcare teams to implement care plans. Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare. Demonstrated ability to provide emotional support to patients. Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in using technology to enhance patient care efficiency.
