Key Responsibilities: * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a diverse range of HVAC equipment, demonstrating expertise in decision-making for effective resolutions. * Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints accurately to facilitate seamless installations and repairs. * Exhibit advanced customer service skills, maintaining open communication and professional conduct with clients. * Take on leadership roles and responsibilities, showcasing a proactive approach and a readiness to lead by example.
