Job Description Job Description A well-established assisted living community in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care, service, and resident satisfaction. Position Summary: The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Community, including resident care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and community relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in senior living management and a passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to department heads and staff to ensure a positive, resident-centered culture. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage the Community budget, financial reporting, and occupancy goals. Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, team members, and the broader community. Ensure high-quality care and services that meet or exceed Community and regulatory standards. Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster engagement and retention. Lead marketing and outreach initiatives to maintain strong occupancy. Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or a related healthcare setting. Current Administrator’s License in NE. Strong knowledge of NE regulations and operational best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proven ability to drive results and maintain a culture of accountability and compassion.
