Doctor of Medicine | Urgent Care Location: Wyoming Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $300,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Compensation & Perks: Salary : Up to $300,000 based on experience ️ $100,000 Sign-On Bonus ️ $30,000 Relocation Bonus Health Insurance – Comprehensive medical, dental & vision ️ 6 Weeks of PTO – Plus 6 holidays and 7 sick days CME Support – $5,000 annually 5 CME days 401(k) with Employer Match Onsite Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy – Immediate access for better patient care Support Staff – Skilled MAs, RNs, APPs, and care coordinators help you stay focused on medicine What You’ll Do: Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for acute and urgent needs across all age groups. Manage moderate-to-high acuity cases confidently, with support Perform common procedures: laceration repair, splinting, abscess drainage, wound care Interpret X-rays, ECGs, and POC labs Collaborate with in-house departments and coordinate hospital transfers when necessary Ensure accurate and timely charting in the EHR Participate in clinical meetings, peer reviews, and quality initiatives ✅ Who We’re Looking For: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine Wyoming medical license (or ability to obtain) ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications 1 year of urgent care, ED, or hospitalist experience preferred (new grads welcome) Interested Apply now .6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
