Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Requirements: Current Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey. Certification as an NP in Family, Adult-Gerontology, or Acute Care preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting. Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
