The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Manufacturing Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Design, develop, and implement new tooling, fixtures, and equipment. Support new product introduction (NPI) from design to full-scale production. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to processes, materials, and equipment. Develop and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability of new designs. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering. 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with industrial automation or robotics. Demonstrated application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies. Strong project management skills, capable of leading improvement initiatives from concept to completion.
