Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide for our Wesley Chapel consumer. CNA/HHA must be reliable, compassionate, does not call in and is not glued to their phone while working. In the morning you will assist our special needs client who has a disability get ready for his adult day program. He is non verbal. In the afternoon when he comes home from his Adult Day Program you will assist with daily ADL’s. Some other responsibilities include, but are not limited toassisting with laundry, cleaning, showering, transfers, and personal care. If you are not a morning person, this case is not for you. We need a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide that can consistently work these set schedule hours. Monday & Tuesday 6am - 9am with our consumer 2pm - 8pm with our consumer Sundays 8am - 8pm Required 1. Level 2 Background Check up to date 2. CPR / First Aid Card 3.
