As a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist at Xceptional Wildlife Inc., your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks related to wildlife removal and exclusion, including: Responsibilities: Skillful assessment, planning, and execution of wildlife exclusion strategies Thoroughly inspecting properties for entry points and vulnerable areas Safely and effectively sealing off access points to prevent wildlife intrusion Installing barriers and deterrents to prevent future wildlife encounters Collaborating seamlessly with team members to ensure efficient project completion Strictly adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment Be actively involved with the community. Comfortable with heights and ladders. Our work environment includes a lively atmosphere On-the-job training Our work environment includes: Lively atmosphere On-the-job training Qualifications: Demonstrable expertise as a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist, with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience or ROOFING experience is acceptable. Some familiarity with wildlife behavior, entry points, and exclusion techniques. Adeptness in using tools and materials to seal and secure properties effectively. Keen attention to detail coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills. Physical fitness and capability to work effectively in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic with an unwavering commitment to delivering superior results. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
