Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique requirements. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning and development. Use specialized instructional strategies to engage students and accommodate diverse learning styles. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience teaching elementary-aged students with diverse learning needs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to fostering a supportive and adaptive educational setting.
