The Opportunity We’re seeking a General Counsel who will lead and modernize the legal function across the Skybox family of companies. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for an experienced attorney who combines traditional legal expertise with a deep understanding of how AI can transform the practice of law. You’ll use AI and specialized legal software to research, draft, and analyze — ensuring the team engages outside counsel only when necessary and always with clarity and focus. You’ll oversee legal, HR, compliance, and governance across a portfolio that includes entities in the U.S., Israel, Canada, and other jurisdictions — working closely with leadership to anticipate and manage legal risk while supporting growth.
