Description We are currently seeking an Associate MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Anesthesiology . In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing anesthesia services to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the comfort and safety of patients before, during, and after surgery. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging cases and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. As an Anesthesiologist with Rinvio Recruitment, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patient vital signs, managing pain, and overseeing patient recovery post-surgery. Your role is essential in optimizing patient outcomes and ensuring a smooth surgical experience. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can apply your medical knowledge and skills to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of patients. Responsibilities: Administer various types of anesthesia to patients based on their medical condition and the type of surgical procedureMonitor and adjust anesthesia levels during surgery to ensure patient safety and comfortManage and treat post-operative pain to promote patient recoveryCollaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized anesthesia plansRespond to emergency situations and provide critical care as neededDocument patient care accurately and maintain medical recordsStay updated on advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologiesParticipate in departmental meetings and professional development activities Requirements: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institutionBoard certification or eligibility in AnesthesiologyValid state medical license to practice as an AnesthesiologistExcellent knowledge of anesthesia principles, techniques, and medicationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environmentAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to providing high-quality patient care Opening Highlights: Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, Monday-FridayIn-house call, 1 weekday evening & 1 weekend day per monthLevel 4 NICU100% pediatric anesthesia12-19 sites open daily - Uro, ENT, complex peds, ortho, general surgery, plastics, cardiac, neuroPatient Ages: 0-17Care team model, 75% supervision and 25% own casesBoard certification requiredCompetitive salary based on experience + RVUsComprehensive benefits packageMedical malpractice insurance32 days of PTO + 10 days for CMEs$75k sign-on bonus$15k relocation bonus
