Description We are looking for a talented Java Developer to join The Argir Group, a leading IT company. As a Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality software solutions using Java programming language. Your work will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of various IT projects and applications, making this role vital to our company's success. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ranging from web applications to enterprise software systems, while collaborating with a team of skilled professionals. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-quality Java-based applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Java development.Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Requirements: Proficiency in Java programming language.Understanding of object-oriented design principles.Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts.Knowledge of web services (RESTful, SOAP).Familiarity with databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle).Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
