Personal Lines Account Manager Full-time Onsite Waterford, WI Were seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Waterford, WI. This is a client-facing, onsite role that plays a vital part in supporting our agency's long-standing relationships and reputation for excellence in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. Knowledge Insurance Fundamentals: Solid understanding of personal lines insurance, including coverage types, underwriting processes, endorsements, and renewals. P&C Regulatory Standards: Familiarity with Wisconsin state insurance laws, compliance standards, and ethical practices in personal lines. Policy Documentation & Data Integrity: Strong awareness of the importance of accuracy in quoting, issuing, and servicing policies. Able to manage policy changes, endorsements, and documentation with precision. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable navigating agency management systems and CRM platforms. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and online carrier systems. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software. Client-Centered Approach: Deep understanding of the importance of client satisfaction, proactive communication, and relationship nurturing within the insurance industry. Skills Exceptional Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication is a must. You'll be the go-to contact for clients, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring messages are understood and responses are prompt and helpful. Relationship Building: Genuine, consistent, and trust-based relationships are at the heart of this role. Youll manage renewals, policy changes, and everyday service with care and attention that clients can rely on. Follow-Up & Follow-Through: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential. Youre the kind of person who doesnt let things fall through the cracks and takes pride in completing tasks accurately and on time. Problem Solving: Capable of thinking critically and independently to resolve client issues, find solutions, and escalate when needed. You bring a calm and solutions-focused approach to every challenge. Dependability: Strong attendance, accountability, and reliability are critical. Clients and team members count on your presence and professionalism daily. Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in data entry, quoting, and documentation ensures compliance, client satisfaction, and smooth operations. Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment while also being confident and capable when working independently. Experience Insurance Agency Background: 12 years of experience in a personal lines role within a P&C insurance agency. Licensed Professional: Active Wisconsin P&C License required. Customer-Facing Role: Previous experience in a client service or account management position where building and maintaining relationships was a core responsibility. Performance-Driven: Proven track record of meeting service deadlines, client expectations, and contributing positively to team goals.
