Locum Tenens Radiologist Opportunity - Diagnostic Imaging ExcellenceA leading medical center in New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for an immediate and ongoing locum tenens assignment. This role offers a dynamic work environment alongside a collaborative team of Radiologists and support staff. Positions Highlights: Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Weekdays and weekendsDay shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMEvening Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PMOccasional weekend availability required On-Call: NonePatient Volume: Approximately 440 studies daily; monthly average 13,200Team Structure: Work alongside 6-7 radiologists on weekdays and 2-3 on weekends Clinical Responsibilities: Interpret a variety of imaging modalities, including: CTMRIUltrasoundPreliminary ReadsCT perfusion studiesPerform upper GI procedures (approximately 10 per week)Nuclear medicine capabilities preferred but not mandatorySupport and Environment: Collaborative work with a team of radiologists Assistance from hospital-employed support staff and modality supervisorAdvanced Practice Providers on staff (locum not responsible for supervision)EMR System: EpicQualifications: Board Certified in Diagnostic RadiologyEligible for licensure in New Jersey Proficient in interpreting CT, MRI, and ultrasound studiesExpertise with upper GI proceduresNuclear Medicine experience is a plusWhy Join Us?
