Key Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports. Manage all aspects of cost accounting, including standard costs, variance analysis, and inventory valuation for production. Optimize working capital management and cash flow forecasting to support production cycles and inventory levels. Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience in financial leadership, cost accounting, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment. Deep understanding of GAAP and advanced principles of manufacturing cost accounting. Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling tools. Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce robust internal controls and drive process improvements. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced financial reporting. Certification or practical experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies applied to financial processes. Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to ERP system implementations or major upgrades. Experience in international finance, including multi-currency transactions or foreign exchange hedging.
