Litigation Counsel or Partner Attorney

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)Experience Level: 10-15 years, Counsel or Partner Title About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a motivated litigation attorney (title dependent on experience) to join a dynamic and growing team. The firm has experienced tremendous success recently, leading to an influx of exciting new opportunities from high-profile clients. They are expanding their team to keep up with demand and maintain their standard of excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, engaging in motion practice, and taking depositions.Represent major insurance companies, handling both first and third-party disputes.Work primarily in federal court, with significant exposure to high-level litigation.Engage with clients directly, with the opportunity to serve as lead counsel on a variety of cases, from initial strategy through final verdict. Qualifications Experience: Litigation defense experience required; insurance experience preferred but not mandatory.Federal Court Expertise: Must have hands-on federal court experience.Go-Getter Mentality: A proactive approach to managing cases and a strong desire to handle significant responsibilities.Class Year Range: Ideal candidates will have 10-15 years of experience.
