Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Identify, analyze, and eliminate waste and inefficiencies in manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving workshops. Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization. Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and realization of benefits. Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience (5+ years) leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or equivalent certification. Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects from conception to sustainment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Excellent change management, communication, and training skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, AI) for process optimization. Master Black Belt certification or other specialized advanced certifications (e.g., Shainin Red X, TOC). Formal certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or manufacturing execution systems (MES) for data-driven improvement.
