The Role We are seeking a sharp, detailoriented Remote Data Analyst to join our internal Analytics & Insights team. You will turn raw recruiting and workforce data into actionable insights that drive better hiring decisions, improve client satisfaction, and optimize our internal operations. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), CRM, job boards, and internal tools Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (primarily using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) Identify trends in candidate sourcing, time-to-hire, placement rates, client retention, and recruiter performance Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions from leadership and account teams Develop predictive models and forecasts (e.g., hiring demand, candidate pipeline health) Collaborate with Recruiting, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to translate data into recommendations Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security of all reporting and analytics deliverables Automate recurring reports and data processes using SQL, Python, or similar tools Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, CTEs) Proficiency in at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mode, etc.) Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets and statistical analysis Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, numpy, etc.) is a strong plus Excellent communication skills able to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Requirements Must currently reside in the United States Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit/visa no sponsorship available) Quiet, dedicated home office setup with reliable high-speed internet Ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern or Central Time business hours
