Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in machinery. Execute timely repairs and replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality. Install, calibrate, and commission new production machinery and systems. Adhere strictly to safety regulations and maintain a safe, organized work area. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for maintenance and repair tasks. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial production machinery. Demonstrated proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, or equivalent experience. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) or robotics. Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
