Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff. Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects, including process improvements, automation, and new product introductions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize manufacturing operations. Manage the engineering department budget, resources, and capital expenditure requests. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment to improve productivity and capability. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment. Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial) and manufacturing processes. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and optimize production efficiency. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for engineering projects. Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality management systems, and safety regulations. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, robotics, additive manufacturing). Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
