Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines. Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious team. Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and implement robust quality control procedures. Monitor and manage production budgets, raw material inventory, and resource allocation. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control systems. Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, motivate, and develop production teams. Proficiency with production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MRP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Demonstrated experience in new product introduction (NPI) processes.
